The Client Account Manager will provide our 401(k) product with coordination of sales, marketing, proposal presentations, client investment advice and education, and the selection, monitoring and research of mutual funds.
Managing client relationship - Become an extension of the clients business. Build strong rapport with clients including managing relationship, SLA execution, contract adherence, expectation setting, and status communications.
The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated relevant experience with digital client engagement (e.g. portal, mobile, Natural Language Processing, voice).
Providing ongoing and daily operations support to client(s) across all aspects of the post trade lifecycle trade support, settlements, collateral management, reconciliations and documentation services.
As a Client Account Manager, you will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned clients while leading the client account planning cycle and ensuring client needs and expectations are met by our company.
In this position, you will work with sales and your account team(s) to help to drive overall upfront planning for your account(s), and you will manage a portfolio view of brand and media strategies for clients.
Works in tandem with key account executives, digital specialists and account managers to build a continuous pipeline of sales prospects and building strategies to maximize revenue potential within designated segment for local market.
