The Manager of Database Marketing Campaign Operations is responsible for lead generation and quality execution for an entire marketing channel (Direct Mail, Email, Direct Sales, and Outbound Telemarketing).
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, tracking and analyzing marketing campaign strategies to an assortment of target audiences. Working directly with the rest of the Marketing team, this leader will help ensure our creative and innovation, digital/social, and insights focus areas create cohesive campaigns to be deployed through multiple channels and solutions.
The position will work closely with Business Leaders, Product Managers and Segment Managers to leverage all of product and customer segment value propositions to develop marketing campaigns to meet sales and financial business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for every aspect of your campaign delivery from Client Management to briefing designers, creative planning and development, ad ops, performance optimization and reporting.

be responsible for developing the campaign strategy, campaign map, content blueprint, logic map, and developing the Implementation guide for campaigns we create, as well as development of agency input briefs as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan daily activities and assigns tasks, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to proper policies and procedures and are in accordance with the overall functional strategy.
