Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with lines of business partners to understand and determine their needs. Work directly with leaders and partners to understand business challenges and make incentive plan recommendations to assist in meeting those challenges.
The position involves a strong working knowledge of employee benefits, policies, and procedures and the ability to review complex analytics to resolve employee and vendor issues. This position engages with third party vendors, payroll and legal.

Build and administer regular incentive progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for all centralized sales incentive plans. Partner within and outside of HR to effectively communicate plan changes and updates.
In this role, the selected candidate will focus on compliance related activities from a benefit, pension and absence management perspective, including but not limited to creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions, completing benefit, pension and absence management compliance/audit reviews and other projects as assigned by management.
