In this role, the selected candidate will be
responsible for a portfolio of disputes involving the Company, including (a) interfacing with internal business clients and Risk and Finance personnel, (b) determining and executing negotiation and litigation strategy, (c) hiring and managing outside counsel relationships, and (d) reporting to senior Legal personnel.
In this role, the selected candidate must have extensive hands-on experience structuring, negotiating and closing M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and/or negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-based and demanding work environment; ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide legal advice and support in connection with the structuring, launch and ongoing operations of K2 private funds and accounts, including drafting and reviewing offering memoranda and constituent documentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice on marketing and sales activities and programs, including review of advertising and promotional materials, and working with clients to develop appropriate and compliant strategies for interacting with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will advise regarding the appropriate patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret strategies to protect data, databases, networks, sales and financial information and other proprietary intellectual property or business enterprises.
In this role, you will be responsible for
administering cross-functional privacy committee including, but not limited to representatives from marketing, sales, human resources, clinical trial operations, medical affairs, IT, and corporate communications. Liaise with privacy function for NNI parent company to ensure compliance with global policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
In this role, you will investigate the facts and issues of the claim, determine whether coverage exists, evaluate loss under the title policy, assess defenses for the insured and/or the company, determine need to retain outside counsel, develop and carry out a plan to address the claim and manage the claim and/or litigation through to final resolution.
