The role of the Research & Development Manager (RDM) is to oversee the ongoing efforts of our development teams. The RDM is expected to perpetuate collaboration, transparency, and responsiveness among our team members.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the project from the estimating/preconstruction phase to successful completion including safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule and quality control.
Oversees and develops work statements, scope/priority definitions and the creation of budgets and schedules for large complex programs. Develops documents with appropriate standards and client requirements and needs.
Oversees the selection of assigned personnel for projects.
In this role, you will conduct complex investigations involving highly sensitive matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other work-related matters to document findings and make recommendations on appropriate actions.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
Manage a service desk providing technical support for end users in an enterprise environment. Monitor the service desk staff to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding contract and performance expectations, defined metrics/benchmarks.
In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining profitable results through the rep groups sales teams by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. Ensure that all rep group activities are in accordance with the guidelines of G.E.T. Enterprises.
