In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation and administration of HR policy and programs, working closely with the each locations management team to deliver HR objectives and plans that enhance the work experience and ensure an appropriate work environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with company HR Service Center on HR activity in the region, elevated investigations, and identifying trends. Reviews various reports such as turnover analysis, training compliance, performance appraisals, and other HR programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage day-to-day relationship with labor union(s); including managing in-line with collective bargaining agreement, grievance management, and overall execution of labor strategy, leveraging the Center of Excellence for consultation and practices/policies/templates.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure new personnel are oriented to the Facility and explain personnel policies, procedures, payroll procedures, safety and smoking regulations, grievances procedures, etc.
In this role, you will develop a talent dashboard with key metrics; analyzes trends and other data to identify competency and capability skill gaps across the organization; recommends solutions to address.
