In this role, the selected candidate will create and maintain accurate service visit records and checklists to reflect equipment support and repair activities. Documentation may include labor and travel reporting, parts consumption, problem summary text and checklist completion.
The Field Service Engineer will travel to retailers on a regular basis to proactively monitor and investigate the product quality and effectiveness of product improvements and assist retailers with difficult diagnosis and repairs, provide training support and assist the retailer in developing the retailer's technical staff.
In this support role, the Field Engineer will interact with the survey team, suppliers, procurement and management to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications and meets clients schedule.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform emergency service at the clients locations as needed to ensure the full functionality of OSA system, Interactive media systems related equipment and Digital Cinema projectors and systems.
