The Infection Control Director is responsible for designing, leading and maintaining a hospital based infection prevention and control program that is consistent with the Center for Disease Control and Preventions recommendations, Joint Commission Standards, OSHA and DOH regulations and current published literature in the field of Hospital Epidemiology and HCA.
Attends property executive management meetings as required and ensures that objectives of the compliance program are communicated to members of the executive team. Follows up on all issues of non-compliance with the appropriate team leader and communicates results to the property general manager.
In this role, you will develops and implements service/departmental-based priorities that support the organization's strategic plan and continually improve performance as measured by department statistics and trends, benchmarks, and initiatives.
The successful candidate will ensure consistent safety performance by coordinating, administering and implementing comprehensive training programs; and will respond to reported accidents to evaluate current best practices and recommend changes where necessary.
Plans, organizes, directs, defines and controls services provided with the Behavioral Health Program. Must demonstrate an ability to provide specified services to meet the legal, organizational, hospital and medical staff guidelines.
Conducts personal interviews to qualify candidates, present features and benefits of the program offerings and prepare the student to start in the next available class, or in accordance with the student's schedule.
The Director of Sales will direct the sales of assigned region, support and maintain cooperation with existing and new potential customers, as well as open new markets, develop and increase the revenues from the region.
Meet with direct reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) to communicate company information including new initiatives, financial performance, goals and objectives, benchmarks and best practices.
The Director On-board Service is directly responsible for all On-board Services within the designated region or line of business including customer satisfaction, safety, financial and overall business development department goals.
