In this role, you will be responsible for partnering cross-functionally with members of the four FIG core business lines to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery and operational efficiencies.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the project from the estimating/preconstruction phase to successful completion including safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule and quality control.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with ESCO Nephrology Practice Partners, local FMS Operations and FHP staff to coordinate and manage the ESCO programs, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and that project timelines are completed.
The individual is responsible for commercial or public sector, technical contractual activities on one or more projects of various sizes. The individual is the company's prime contact with the client and as such is responsible for promoting continuing relations.
Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, operational methods, growth, and quality and staffing.
In this role, the selected candidate will determine the scope, resources (time, money, equipment, people resources, etc) required, objectives and measures of each project in collaboration with the project sponsor.
Oversees and develops work statements, scope/priority definitions and the creation of budgets and schedules for large complex programs. Develops documents with appropriate standards and client requirements and needs.
Oversees the selection of assigned personnel for projects.
