This position is responsible for collaboration with center manager, manage all inventories to the optimum levels by maximizing efficiencies, customer service levels and minimizing investment. Support meeting daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and maintain centers operational records.
In this role, you will oversee the selection of assigned personnel for projects. Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. Acts as point of contact with client program management.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain a sight-line on jobs as they enter and move through the operation, while relying on the Production Supervisor to insure that quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards are maintained.
This position is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations at the tire center, collaborating with local sales force to grow the business, and providing leadership, coaching and training to all personnel while promoting Michelins core values.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee development of work statements, scope/priority definitions and the creation of budgets and schedules for large complex programs; develop documents with appropriate standards and client requirements and needs.
