The Storage Performance Specialist will be part of the Capacity and Estate Management team focused on understanding the global Citi infrastructure estate, how it is used, where it can be optimized, and where it needs to be transformed.
The candidate will be required to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks involved in the relevant areas in accordance with Group Audit Methodology and the established risk assessment framework.
The VP IT Infrastructure will lead a diverse IT team; communicate job expectations; assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities, planning, monitoring, measuring, and appraising job results to measurable goals and detect potential performance problems, provide feedback for corrective action.
Lead the annual budget planning process in collaboration with CIO and IT leadership team, track and report budgets monthly, anticipate issues, proactively work with leadership team to resolve issues, follow up with budget owners when required.
Monitor progress of corrective action plans and risk exceptions; lead and /or contribute to ad-hoc requests and projects as requires; act as subject matter expert on Application Information Security topics during Audit meetings.
Ensure that changes to requirements are understood, agreed to and incorporated via a Change Control process; advise the development, testing and production support teams as needed, providing requirements knowledge and subject matter expertise to the teams performing these functions.
Partner with colleagues, stakeholders and control community members to evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls with appropriate recommendations for improvement. This may be delivered through specific audit reviews or through ongoing involvement in major activities or projects.
It will provide integration between business operations, technology centers of excellence and providing information back to the USHI organization to ensure consistency and integration across all technology systems within the larger Omni-Channel Systems Team.
This person must also maintain expertise in retail and property management technology including field services, in-home selling, and B-to-B.Experience developing and managing systems for an Omni-channel retailer will also be required.
The VP IT Security Assurance is responsible for implementing, executing and improving security controls to identify all threats and vulnerabilities that can lead to negative operational, reputational, and/or financial impact to CIT.
