The Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for cultivating programs to enhance team member engagement, designing / executing compensation and benefit plans, driving pay for performance, overseeing corporate and operational risk management, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance, and managing the oversight of Whirld support center facilities.
Serve as strategic operationally oriented leader in driving continued growth for multiple global BUs; Ensure that the BUs builds capabilities to support strategic growth objectives and individual business needs.
The VP, HR is responsible for providing overall leadership and guidance to the HR function including, but not limited to talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits.
Oversee the design, implementation and communication of the Blue Cross of Idaho Total Rewards strategy; collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative and competitive compensation and benefit programs, processes and policies.
Drive all people practices including talent management (mobility, high potential programs, skills development, promotion), performance development, compensation, diversity, and employee engagement and retention.
Partner with the organization to identify, develop and drive key talent management initiatives such as leadership development, performance management, change management, workforce and succession planning, and coaching (employee and manager).
