The UI/UX Designer will create customer-led experiences through compelling visual interfaces. These interfaces may be on 2D or 3D platforms, and the designer will need to provide guidance on the best platform to meet customer needs.

The User Experience Researcher works closely with other UX practitioners, designers, strategists and Project Stakeholders to propose and conduct user research activities consisting of Strategic and Tactical studies and is responsible for coordinating, planning, executing, and reporting on UXR activities across HCM product.
In this position, you will coordinate User Experience Research activities for company products and websites. These activities include, but are not limited to, identifying the appropriate user experience research activities; designing, planning and implementing these activities.
As a UX Designer, youll work closely with other UX specialists, visual designers, product managers, project managers, frontend and backend developers, and other internal teams to help deliver exceptional user experiences.
