Develop financial analysis and modeling for assigned real estate transactions using an Excel template. The template uses data from the JDE General Ledger and Fixed Asset systems as well as HarborFlex, the lease administration tool.
Works closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.Closely tracks all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares commission forecasts and vouchers, and accounts for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.

Leading tax credit application consulting services which include supervising application completion, advisement relative to meeting low income housing tax credit qualified allocation requirements in multiple states, along with advising on application strategy, and underwriting the projects to ensure the applications are competitive, well underwritten and ultimately awarded.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate on advisory /consulting engagements including, but not limited to: Credit Risk/ABL projects, Due Diligence/Quality of Earnings reviews, Transaction Structuring, Valuations.
Coordinates field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, and business partners. If necessary, facilitates client review and approval of proposed team resources for the purpose of transaction execution.
Manage and participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. Analyze financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. Prepare/evaluate pro forma financial information.
In this role, you will analyze financial forecasts, historical earnings, assets and liabilities of target client and assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines and functional areas.
