The Technical Training Consultant will propose, design, develop, and deliver training sessions and other performance support solutions that produce measureable positive results in a highly technical and fast-paced customer support environment.
Enforce data standards and data governance policies and controls within training curriculum to ensure that company enterprise datais accurate, complete, secure, and reliable and CSSC processes are standardized.
Curate high-quality learning objects and knowledge sources into content collections that serve as the basis for strategically relevant topic-driven learning experiences (experience with Cornerstone on Demand a plus).
The Consultant will deliver engaging and impactful training programs to all levels within our client base calling on manufacturers and across multiple functions including; Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Shopper Insights and Category Management.
The Services Partner Enablement lead will therefore be responsible for the technical education plan of record for Services Partners, own and drive readiness and transformation programs/initiatives and ensure close alignment and full transparency in the relationship with Services and Partner management.
In this role, you will be responsible for
leading, planning and execution during the delivery of an SAP or Oracle enable transformation project/programme.
