In this position, the Technical Project Engineer will work as part of the Engineering organization and will be responsible for initiating activities surrounding Bill of Material creation and management throughout the product lifecycle. The role will include Part and BOM creation, change management and communication of relevant supporting data.
Development in the PeopleSoft HCM product environment to include reports, interfaces, system extensions and workflow. Working with Functional SMEs and functional design documents to develop and document technical designs.
Prepares and executes engineering study/equipment performance qualification protocols, manufacturing and packaging experimental / feasibility study / validation batch records and protocols and complete interim and / or final summary reports for marketed and new products.
Act as a liaison between customers, technical pre-sales, sales teams and the product development team. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
The Desktop Support Engineer will be counted on to assist multiple practices in keeping their computing assets operational and for working in partnership with IT Application Improvement Analysts to expand the end users ability to effectively use the computing resources available to them in providing patient care.
Provide excellent customer service in performing over the phone analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex technology problems for end users utilizing EP-owned equipment. Implement corrective solutions and escalate to second level support when necessary.
