Executes recruiting processes and strategies to source talent utilizing multiple channels (internet sourcing, niche sites, networking, cold calling, etc.) and stays current on industry trends, competitors and recruitment best practices.
Partners with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience ( internal and / or external ), timeframes, etc.
In this role, you will develop an appropriate strategy with the hiring manager to attract the right candidates to the role. Identifies creative strategies that will enhance efforts to meet hiring targets and goals.
