Working under general supervision, service and develop client and contractor needs and business. Implementing Company processes, the staffing coordinator is responsible for the expedient filling of client job orders with appropriately matched professionals to meet and increase established billable hour benchmarks.
In this role, you will be responsible for the learning needs of the staff through direct observation, formal learning assessments and indirectly through review of quality improvement and/or program evaluation.
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations;maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (gross margin, OT, unfilled hours, etc.).
