Manage all IT project requests through the Request for Service process and create all supporting documentation required including defining key metrics including value creation, adoption, user satisfaction and client KEA (key element assessment).
Must have the ability to anchor all new initiatives for providing value-added activities which would include providing end to end solutions to clients, transitioning and sustaining production support activities, defining Project Standards, Development of Architecture, Review of Design, Analysis, Project Schedules, Team Management, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and complete delivery within budget.
Create and write product marketing communication materials to support programs/initiatives. Lead cross functional teams as project manager. Build and maintain relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.

Conduct ongoing competitive assessments and market trend analyses to evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and opportunities as measured against goals for the Content Solutions / Industry Relations program.
