Must have years work experience managing full lifecycle technology based projects using a formal project management methodology (PMP Certification a plus) and current software project reporting tools (MS Project+).
Under direction, provides professional and project management expertise in the direction of highly unconventional projects requiring multiple technical units and/or subcontractors, heavy regulatory agency involvement or extremely complex technical requirements.
Provides managerial oversight to a construction project or a series of construction projects. Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project.

Gain a firm understanding of cloud-based solutions (including, but not limited to Salesforce.com) in order to drive adjustments from best practice guidelines when implementing for each portfolio company.
Work with cross functional teams to develop and track classic project management deliverables (schedules, status reports, resource plans, risks, issues logs, etc.); analyze and communicate the issues and risks as they relate to their project(s).
Leading implementation of marketing and/or sales development programs such as advertising, promotions, direct mail, merchandising, sales and incentive design and tracking ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies.
This role will help develop, implement and direct improvement areas in each plant with planning and scheduling, inventory dollars (working capital), inventory accuracy improvements, packaging and labeling standardization and conformance, ASNs and EDI with suppliers, logistics, and to use the ERP/MRP knowledge that has been acquired during your career to drive overall improvements throughout the entire supply chain.
Leads the team to prepare for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, ensuring that decisions are informed by a balanced and clearly articulated representation of the relevant data.
