In this role you will working with architects and owners in value-engineering when preliminary estimates exceed the owners budget. Finds architectural alternatives and prices them out for cost savings.
In this role you will develop project schedules to ensure projects can be completed to meet owner requirements and that company resources are used efficiently.Ensure estimates address all potential safety risks and concerns.
In this role, you will analyze and scope vendors/suppliers to determine best value and project continuity. Based on analysis, proactively work to persuade vendors and/or suppliers to commit to best pricing.
In this role, you will develop and update model budgets for new stores, remodels, supply chain, and headquarters properties by evaluating model design information, historical costs, market conditions and project schedule.
