Identify key target accounts and programs, create/goals/objectives to expand their product use. Drive to uncover insights and best practices from these operators and accounts and leverages them into new business opportunities.
Responsible for managing North American sales activity, new business development and revenue generation of the companys specialty chemical products, especially in the automotive, polymeric foam and aerospace industries.
The ideal candidate will excel in defining the day-to-day sales and marketing workflows, making the complex simple. They work cross-functionally to develop buy-in, create workflows, standardize documentation and shepherd these projects from concept to rollout to day-to-day operations to ensure team engagement.
