Oversees large-scale, domestic HR and client projects; coaching HR project leaders, guiding clients, assessing scope and resources, and embedding a structured, strategic approach to guide initiatives from inception to outcome.
Provides human resources expertise and/or counsel in many day-to-day employee/management-related functions to include interviewing and hiring, evaluating and improving employee performance, orientating new employees and other applicable persons, in-servicing, counseling, disciplining, terminating employees, recommending and approving pay increases, employee status changes, grievances and compliance processing.

Develop and own the HR Operations road map with continued focus on streamlining and automating business processes to create a value added HR organization that can effectively support our growing business.
Provides guidance, ensures compliance and implements company policies and procedures, as well as, federal & state laws to overhead and production employees. Responds to employee inquiries regarding policy interpretation and serves as liaison between production and corporate departments (ie., benefits, Legal, Payroll, LOA, Employee Connection, etc.).
The Director of Human Resources also supports the organizational strategic goals of Highest Quality and Safety and Best Place to Work by leading ongoing learning opportunities for hospital associates to improve performance and aid in professional development.
Supports the local hiring managers and employees through ongoing coaching and/or problem solving efforts, particularly in the areas of: recruiting, new hire compliance, onboarding and employee relations.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
