Develop benefit-focused messaging that tells The Hanover story about our products and solutions and effectively translates information from subject matter experts into creative, benefit-driven copy that brings complex, technical subject matter to life and makes it relevant for target audience(s).
The purpose of this position is to provide educational products and services to an external customer base of active, inactive, and retired members of the five systems administered by the Office of Retirement Services, as well as employers.
The CAC serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and participates actively in developing Landesas strategic direction. The CAC is responsible for all aspects of global advocacy and communications, and works closely with Country and Program teams to support and ensure alignment of national advocacy and communications efforts.
Responsible for the analysis, resolution, corrective action, post - mortem of all communications system failures and service disruptions. Participates in evaluating network performance as it relates to possible problems in VOIP services.
Work directly with program managers, leadership, other performers, and stakeholders to assess needs, then plan, coordinate and conduct outreach around project milestones. Outreach can include media relations, materials development, speaking engagements, conference presence, association outreach, etc.
The successful candidate will have the ability to interact and influence messaging across the organization. Deliverables and outcomes will range from building the change communications approach to writing messages and developing presentation materials. The candidate should be able to manage both upward and outward to ensure that the best approach to managing change.
