Organizes, convenes and documents regular customer and internal project team meetings throughout implementation and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on track.
Coordinates various assigned project activities that may include gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting data to a finished product, and getting necessary approvals in order to meet requirement management timelines.
Responsible for the total execution and management of medium size Engineering, Procurement and Construction process industry projects including administration of the project, schedule and budgetary performance, quality, safety and technical detail.
Collaborate with client to develop project and requirements artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, project plans, etc. Book conference rooms and arrange related logistics for project management needs.
Create, coordinates, edits and publishes guidelines, manuals, and document SOPs with the projects business staff for use by project staff including the Project Management Plan, Project Review Action Plan, Project Financial Work Plan, Travel and Expense Guidelines, and Monthly Project Progress Reports (Invoicing).
Manage ongoing project delivery based on defined goals including training, mentoring, project management, content creation etc. Discover customer business goals and create implementation project plans based on goals.
Establishes and enhances effective business unit compliance programs and designs policies to prevent or identify illegal, unethical, or improper business practices. Trains junior staff and identifies issues. Constructively challenges conclusions/status quo and credibly influences customers.
