managing calendars, booking meetings and handling general inquiries from clients. Prospective Commercial Litigation Legal Assistants will be required to assist with overflow work and general administrative duties.

The Paralegal will work with the Legal Division and provide legal review and advice on the Company's advertising and marketing materials, websites and digital marketing initiatives and help draft related contracts.
In this role, you will calculate mineral, overriding royalty, severed royalty, working and net revenue interests, and summarize oil and gas leases, assignments, rights of way and mortgages or other encumbrances.
In this role, you will track all hotline complaints and status; coordinate with business contacts including HR, Audit, etc; ensure on-time postings, coordinate extensions and relevant postings with vendor; track and coordinate all data for audits, and other hotline-related paralegal responsibilities as needed.
In this role, you will manage subpoena responses including document collection and deposition scheduling; support the companys insurance needs, including managing the operational relationship between insurance carriers/broker and the company, ordering certificates of insurance, assisting with the annual renewal process.
In this role, you will have experience with sales, loans, lease and development transactions. Drafting and reviewing real property related correspondence and documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust, escrow instructions, lease and lease amendments.
The Paralegal III position provides paralegal support with general supervision to all law department Counsel under general supervision. This position will perform complex paralegal work including contract and document review and analysis.
