The Inside Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall dispatch operation.This position willlead the dispatch team, oversee load planning responsibilities, analyze and develop business and operating efficiencies, train, mentor and coach dispatchers.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain involvement in plant layout and space utilization, equipment replacement decisions, and personnel allocation as well as participating in the determination of processes, and tooling, that support a strong Lean manufacturing approach and plan.
Collaborates with senior and executive leaders to identify the education and skills gap between the work that is required by the business and the performance of that work by the employees. Directs the development of curriculum, implement a skills management and competency/proficiency development process, prioritizes skills training and development imperatives, using a strategic approach, supervise development of specific courseware to address skill gaps for field operations and business office employees.
In this role S/he will spear-head the audience financial forecast (revenue and expense), annual budgeting, operating plan variance analysis, manage the industry external audit process and special projects.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop manufacturing organizational strategies by contributing manufacturing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Manage presentation and proposal processes from inception to completion; prepares complex presentations and proposals for new business development; provides recommendations with a focus that materials meet branding and messaging standards.
The APM will explore and implement new technology and controls, eliminate manual process and improve accountability through internal controls, management reporting, and adherence to company policy and accounting standards.
Utilize intelligence and business expertise in the digital sectors to inform decision making, account optimization and internal strategy; strategize with Business Analytics to ensure successful outcomes of digital and cross screen campaigns.
