In this role Clinical Operations Manager be responsible for operationalizing the organization values within the assigned nursing unit including clinical, people, service and financial excellence behaviors.
Manage the daily operations of the department and supervises staff to include; training, development, hiring and performance assessment. In collaboration with the Director develops, implements and monitors systems, policies and procedures to maintain and improve quality, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
This person will be responsible for setting and meeting growth objectives, employee training, performance management, compliance and new business development, as well as carrier procurement, rate negotiation and service quality control.
Develops all marketing project plans and manages the day-to-day development and coordination with cross-functional internal teams, external teams, and vendors from initiation to execution and retrospective.
Work with leadership and across teams to continuously improve service delivery in key areas (critical incident management, business continuity, security, communications services for other departments, regional Service Desk needs).
Develop environment of teamwork and accountability across population of branches for both direct reports and their teams; manage personal and professional development of direct reports through frequent development and coaching of performance objectives.
Leads a comprehensive safety education and training process as directed by the division safety coordinator to prevent injuries. Comply with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations as per OSHA.
