In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with various campus offices (including Campus Catering, Parking & Transit Services, Purchasing, and Student Center & Programming Services) and outside vendors to support event and campus visit program arrangements.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily upkeep of our Oakland headquarters. You must be self-motivated and driven as there will be many different projects you may be coordinating at any given time.

The Coordinator, Division Office & Event Support role will be responsible for performing activities to ensure Division offices are opened and staffed to serve the customer in their respective communities as well as perform activities to support a portfolio of distinguished and/or community events.
In this role, the selected candidate will record and maintain action items and follow up with the stakeholders to drive them to completion, follow up with the stakeholders to completion or closure of risks, issues and action items.
