The ideal candidate will direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided residents at all times.

In this role, the Clinical Programs Nurse Administrator will have overall responsibilities to administer the Quality and Practice Incentive Programs and to act as liaison to a clinical and provider base of 100 individuals.
Work as part of a team that is charged with providing across-the-continuum, customized care coordination services and management of transitions of care for the most medically fragile Providence Health Plan Medicare Advantage, at-risk patients and their families in the home (or alternate) setting.
In this role, the Nurse Administrator (RN) will be responsible for supervising Wellness Nurses (RNs), coordinating clinics and event schedules, and reviewing data to provide feedback and recommendations.
