Ensure all retail promotions and card marketing creative are on brand and coordinate legal approvals as needed; collaborate with Gift Card Account Management team to facilitate all marketing activity to be utilized across retail touch points.
Work with Director of Marketing to develop programmatic advertising and branding projects, leading the development process and working closely with external agencies on creative development, media planning, etc.
Create and execute traditional print, outdoor, broadcast, grass roots and other traditional marketing campaigns that are optimized for established KPIs. This includes the development of creative briefs that are integrated with any associated digital strategy.
Manages time-sensitive digital campaigns, including websites, special features, digital games, VR and AR, experiential features, mobile apps, advertising, production materials and assets. Responsible for ensuring production deadlines are met and all creative components are technically functioning and of the highest possible quality.
Communicates with lead project manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects. Monitors budget/spending. May provide guidance and coaching to lower level employees in organizational methods.
The Manager is responsible for the creative requests for ad/email campaigns, ad inventory management, deployment calendar for email campaigns, providing campaign results, and developing campaign request and implementation processes.
Conceptualize, create and execute SLED growth and demand generation marketing plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives that align to pipeline targets, quarterly budgets and overall business goals.
Work closely with the Customer Marketing, Client Services and Account management teams to build and implement a holistic customer communications plan that supports the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, renewals, and expansion).
This position will drive go-to-market approach across all key stakeholders and need to be an effective change agent, strong influencer and relationship builder at all levels of the organization. Key component of this role will be business case and offer development, offer fulfillment, direct marketing tactic and message creation and understanding performance of the campaigns.
