The Loss Prevention Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost savings programs within shrink and safety through research, testing, communicating and developing partnerships across the organization with Merchandising, Finance and Operations.
The Loss Prevention Market Investigator Program Manager will contribute to the overall Loss Prevention shrink reduction strategy through collaboration with both corporate and retail field Loss Prevention personnel to ensure program effectiveness. The Loss Prevention Market Investigator Program Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Loss Prevention Operations and Field Support.
Review & respond to reported loss incident reports such as locker room thefts, shoplifting, cash shortage, vandalism, robbery, burglary, employee theft or fraud, or any other internal or external event resulting in loss of company assets.
This position is responsible for the implementation of the companys safety and loss prevention programs. Ensures jobsite employees and subcontractors are trained in all safety programs and protocol, including federal/state regulations, in order to prevent accidents and/or injuries.
