Draft, review, negotiate and finalize standard-type contracts under the general supervision of an attorney (including non-disclosure, master service, consulting, research, grant, physician service and standard limited license agreements).
The ideal candidate must have significant experience probating estates and reviewing trust documents. Must be highly detail oriented and have experience properly filing probate documents within Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade counties.
