The Engagement Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The EM works together with his manager to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.

The IT Project Manager (PM) Senior is accountable for the execution of complex Information Technology (IT) projects with high level of risk and complexity, and the execution of moderately complex IT Programs.
This position is for an entry level System Administrator in IT Infrastructure Rapid Platforms & Services Group. The administrator will provide technical product support including responses to user questions, installation, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance with moderate direction from senior staff.
Manages IT staff by communicating expectations; counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
