Perform analysis, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of computer, network, and software systems for multiple Sparton locations. This includes setup and configuration of PCs, VoIP phones, cell phones, servers, application and system software.
Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel that diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and wireless systems.
