The Human Resources (HR) Compliance Officer oversees the Human Resources Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that audits, evaluates and implements required Human Resources compliances within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are following the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
Support the line to manage a positive ER environment by identifying areas of weakness and making interventions to drive improvements. Encourage positive, meaningful connection between the line and team, facilitating employee engagement sessions as appropriate.
This is an ideal role for incumbents with either a strong HRBP background, HR specialist or business foundation who are looking to build upon their skills and experience working with a dynamic set of leaders.
Collaborate and work proactively with business unit leaders, including senior management and individual executives, in the areas of annual workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and leadership coaching.
Resolve HR related issues, conduct research and provide interpretation of HR policies and business rules, develop and present HR briefings, and evaluate business practices/procedures while providing recommendations for improving performance.
Work closely with plant medical to administer the short term or long term disability program, return to work requirements, ensuring accurate communication between employee, management, and corporate medical services.
This position will support the HR Team at Company in executing across a broad range of HR activities and initiatives to develop a team-oriented, high performance culture at our Call Center. The HR Generalist must have a professional, positive attitude with the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals.
The position will carry out responsibilities in benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
