The HR Compliance & Reporting Analyst will support programs and related activities to Ensure proactive compliance across HR processes and functions throughout the UTC Commercial business in the United States.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the Human Resources work and processes in support of the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM) that is an integral part of the Strategic and Missile Defense Systems (SMD) line of business (LOB). HR will partner with the Vice President of FBM and the rest of the leadership team located across multiple geographic sites, including international, to support this critically important program.
