This role is an HR Generalist providing business partnership for our ABC MBCI Components location in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role will provide HR partnership for the both the manufacturing and commercial operations onsite (85+ employees). The role will report into the Plant Manager but will partner closely with both local commercial management and the corporate HR function.
In this role, the selected candidate will review adjunct appointments for completeness and accuracy, and forward appointments to Payroll; serve as a resource for college departments related to personnel actions, policies and procedures.
