Recommends salary levels for new hires and initiates salary and position adjustment actions for staff, subject to senior management review and approval. Conducts semi-annual performance reviews and annual career planning sessions with direct reports.
Coordinate and execute other client services as required including asset purchases, sales and financing transactions, contract monitoring/compliance, insurance monitoring and oversight, and residence management.
Developing, implementing and monitoring the organizations Health & Safety policies regarding fire, evacuation, IT, first aid, accidents (dangerous occurrences/incidents), office safety, public safety, and safety in public areas, security, health promotion, smoking, learners with disabilities and learning difficulties, medicines handling, external contracts, safety inspections, violence against staff and more.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify potential revenue strategies, including cross-selling of value added services and products, new products and services as well as product enhancements.
Responsible for new or changes in regulations on specifications, procedures, quality, and supply plans both domestic and international, and implications where utilized in a range of finished product (examples; GMO, ingredients from China).
The scope of this responsibility encompasses Chemical and Industrial Services, Drilling and Completion Fluids, and Pressure Pumping service lines for all environmentally regulated Geomarkets in which Baker Hughes operates.
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) or responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
