In partnership with Account Directors and Senior Account Directors - Email, Associate Account Directors - Email are responsible for defining client engagement models and setting the charter for a given account.
Associate Account Directors - Email are accountable for ensuring tactics are being executed against strategy and also to put forth recommendations related to applied strategy using their CRM or industry knowledge.
Work collaboratively with clients to establish their vision and strategy - who they want to be and how they want to engage with their customers; lead the charge for innovation and provide industry, client, and digital marketing expertise.
Responsible for the direction and continuous improvement of the Account Management team, ensuring the achievement of financially sustainable membership growth, retention and revenue goals while providing the highest levels.
Provides sales and marketing leadership, motivation, and accountability to assigned sales team through on-going sales coaching & education, strategic market analysis, and constructive feedback to ensure achievement of admit and census goals for assigned locations.
Responds to sales inquiries, initiates new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients, entertains clients, conducts site visits and answers questions, determines rates, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, services accounts, conducts presentations and analyzes lost business for the hotel/s.
Works with planning and creative teams to determine strategic direction for the Brand(s) and ensure all work is on strategy. Support development of team members by coaching them to close talent gaps and motivating them to develop skills.
