Performs the role of Compliance Officer administering the Corporate Compliance program to ensure reporting, investigation and correction of all violations, as well as staff training, policy and procedure development, auditing and monitoring, medical policy, and guidance and discipline.
Keeping accurate student discipline records, documenting all conferences, suspensions, and phone calls for behavior; tracking behavior on the school bus, ensuring students are exemplary bus riders to and from school.

Provides legal support to and exercises delegated authority from the Chief Executive Officer, including managing contract and settlement negotiations, drafting letters to public officials addressing matters of importance to NACA and its membership and providing legal support to NACAs advocacy projects.
Conduct a risk assessment annually and formulate compliance plans geared at developing and improving policies and procedures, activities related to training and education, and ongoing monitoring and surveillance.
The attorney will be part of legal team that negotiates trading documentation for equity prime brokerage, fixed income prime brokerage and stock/borrow loan desk, and advises on legal and regulatory issues relating to client service, new products, disputes and compliance issues.
