The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for establishing internal controls, policies & procedures, upgrading the staff and controlling the month end close process as well as the preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Perform deep analysis on broad customer behavioral shifts, like the migration toward mobile devices and away from web. Evaluating financial implications and providing senior leadership with specific and actionable guidance.
Reviews all servicing actions and makes recommendations where appropriate; oversees loan review activities; monitors all delinquencies; reviews all items and tasks connected with collection and related efforts.
Review financial reports submitted to highlight financial issues; e.g. delays in authorization, delays in spending, any requests for funds that dont appear warranted by expenditure levels, funds spent in accordance with budget or adjustment authorization requested, implications for end of year spending.
Provide financial and analytical support to solve tough problems and influence executive decision making. Build financial models for deal valuation and structuring in emerging markets and provide clear insight on investment strategies.
Leads, plans, and coordinates work teams in an efficient manner to effectively perform any financial function and activity; utilizes metrics to track performance and manage workload. Ensures operational processes and procedures are compliant and consist with established policies.
Serve as a key resource for Sales Finance, Field Sales, and HQ Sales on accounting and finance related questions. This will involve the ability to assess business needs, resolving risks/opportunities in a timely manner, and clear communication of issues/business results.
Perform as the back up to the departments Escrow Analyst. This requires extensive training regarding all operational matters related to opening escrow accounts, processing payments to vendors and suyppliers and closing escrow accounts.
