In this role you will provide the implementation of a global suite of finance processes using a new ERP system. Ensure Brightstar financial operations are operating efficiently and according to standard business practices.
Participate in meetings with finance and accounting staff to understand and implement budget, reporting and accounting changes; develop desk procedures on how to execute regularly occurring weekly and month end tasks.
Design, build, maintain and continuously develop dynamic KPI dashboards in line with the needs of the Executive Management team; forecast and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales data across all major product types.
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
This position has a wide range of responsibilities across the 800+ employee healthcare marketing technology company. Members of the finance group are involved in the daily operations of the business including supporting the senior executives of the company in decisions in allocating capital and creating value.
Working with Corp Strategy, BU product management, pricing and cost teams, to develop and audit Business cases, financial models, and scenario analysis from a technology and product investment perspective.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles which includes budget versus actual variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and 3-year budget planning for ISDs departmental operations and product titles (primarily through reporting and analysis).
Maintains various departmental statistical and financial data; projects shall include evaluation the financial impact of new programs, formulating financial forecast and modeling, preparing projections for new building projects, rate analysis and other projects.
Performs financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations. Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis.
