The Regional Manager, Field Services is responsible for the management and leadership of all field services resources within a specified territory, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for the leadership of Regional Service Leads (RSLs), Fluid Management Direct Technicians (FMD), Dispatch Team and Key Service Account Manager to drive field service operational excellence, aftermarket growth and customer satisfaction.
The Site Manager will coordinate efforts with service teams, including, but not limited to, providing focus on increasing margins, meeting commitments, improving customer service, and enhancing the operational efficiency of the teams in order to support the selling function of the product lines.
In this role, you will manage service quality through regular interaction including site inspections, service provider meetings and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure company quality standards are met.
In this role, you will establish / maintains customer confidence at high levels and develops positive customer relationships to promote and secure long term agreements. Effectively follows a plan in meeting with customers.
In this role, you will plan shop workload in cooperation with other departments affected to assure prompt completion of service work; ensure that all service programs, policies and processes are carried out by all service personnel.
In this role, the successful candidate will conduct time studies periodically and make recommendations to management; serve as a liaison between the National Sales Managers, Office Operations, field specialists.
