Provides comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole; schedule appointments, manage a complex calendar, and orchestrate meeting preparations.
Coordinate all aspect of meeting and travel logistics and itinerary preparation to include advanced research, reservations, and transportation for CEO; conserves CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; initiating telecommunications.
The Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship; and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
Interface regularly with members of the board, leadership and staff; coordinate workflow and integrate processes and activities across the organization while ensuring excellence in planning and execution.

The Chief of Staff, to the CEO, will be responsible for planning, executing and providing status updates on various projects within the executive office and across Redbox that are central to Redboxs continued success. Position will have significant exposure to senior management, private equity owners and all functional areas of Redbox.
Oversees the corporate record, ensuring such elements as the charter, bylaws, minutes, policies, and the like are current, accurate, maintained, filed and routinely updated with appropriate governing bodies, as required by law.
