In this role, the selected candidate will develop artifacts to drive discussion during workshops to ensure that all business needs are captured in requirements; manage the backlog during the implementation phase and guiding clients on scope-creep and change management.
In this role, you will manage relationships with global ecommerce partners to ensure success using technology and logistics solutions; track and help prioritize external product and partner support commitments.
