The Director of Education is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of the educational programs for the school aged clients while maintaining guidelines and standards set by the Tennessee State Board of Education.
Responsible for the development and execution of an overall program for the procurement, preparation and service of food to the patients, cafeteria, and catered functions for the formulation of Food and Nutritional Department.
In conjunction with senior leadership, the Director, Physician Outpatient practice plans, organizes, directs and supervises all activities of the physician outpatient practices assigned including patient scheduling, registration, medical records, financial controls, staffing, facility management and reporting and communication of operational and financial outcomes to staff, physicians and management as appropriate.
The Director must demonstrate skills and experience generally acquired through a Bachelors degree, some business skills and managerial experience, solid reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, team leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
The Director, Patient Safety designs, implements and oversees development of the Fairfax Medical Campus Patient Safety Program, a comprehensive high-reliability, patient safety culture focused, and outcomes transformative program.
Develop and implement systems, policies and procedures for the identification, collections and analysis of risk related information. Drafts and updates risk management policies and procedures for DC/MD programs.
Plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, including Healthcare and client financial accountability, and compliance with the standards established by Healthcare, regulatory agencies and client. Leads facility management department.
