As a Digital marketing and sales director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence on key account websites and our own company sites.
Participate in campaign, product planning and product launch meetings with the sales and marketing teams to help gain contextual understanding and provide guidance in the formative stages of business initiatives.
Responsible for generating and overseeing the creation of: media plans, sales decks, custom programs, sell sheets, media kits, general presentations, product guides, site profile sheets, case studies, monthly edit line-ups and research materials.
Lead and support marketing and sales activities guided by the Pragmatic Marketing framework and associated industry best practices, guiding the team in fostering a market-driven and market-research oriented culture company-wide.
The Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) will strategically implement sales and marketing programs to achieve and exceed sales goals. The DOSM will be responsible for supporting the GM in developing programs and strategies that improve market penetration and increase sales throughout the year.
This position is responsible for revenue generation through the sale of property and media assets as well as the creation, development and implementation of the overall strategic marketing direction of the shopping center.
