The Information Security Governance and Risk Management Director is responsible for developing the strategy and vision for the Governance and Risk Management team, and the execution of the responsibilities within the Governance and Risk Management directorate.
The Director -Operational Risk Internal Auditor will play an a key role in supporting the internal audit team to independently assess the effectiveness of the operational risk management framework (governance, operational risk identification and assessment tools including risk and control self-assessments, key risk indicators, external loss data, business process mapping, monitoring and reporting). He will also liaise with Senior Management in charge of Operational Risk, attend as an observer to internal operational risk committee, monitor and investigate on incidents.
The Sr. Director, Information Security and Risk will partner with all Functional, Divisional and Site leadership to lead the global Information security program to ensure information assets are adequately protected and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide, global information risk management program and organization.
The Director, Technology Risk Manager within the BNP Paribas IHC Operational and Technology Risk Organization will provide oversight and guidance across both direct and indirect areas of responsibility within the BNP Paribas IHC, inclusive of the CIB Americas set of operating entities.
Direct a team of Assessors managing application risk assessments, including coordinating with other security services for execution, performing QC of work product, handling issues, and providing advisory support.
Ensure risk remediation plans exist and are sufficient; track remediation plans to completion and ensure remediation is on-time and sustainable; ensure action plans and remediation of issues by risk owner.
Generate, analyze and investigate reports including incidents, audits & quality data to identify trends, develop "lessons learned" and make recommendations about systemic improvements to reduce future risk to the company and increase patient safety and quality of care.
Lead the analysis, research, global insights and ongoing monitoring of market trends, activities and competitor actions to enable regional account teams to develop and implement pre-emptive strategies and plans for clients that drive growth and business opportunities.
