The Director, Subcomponent Growth & CCOE will be responsible for development and execution of the Mechanical Components Initiative to bring Tier 4 components to market, both domestically and in our High Growth Regions.

Demand generation support develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products; develop the strategy and messaging for marketing campaigns and partner with the demand generation team for execution.
Conduct analysis of product performance, penetration, market trends, competitor products, brand awareness and voice of customer research in partnership with the product planning group to guide the companys product brand strategy and market segmentation.
Develop a multi-year marketing plan that establishes clear marketing strategies, objectives, initiatives and metrics to reach overall business goals. Drive consistent positioning and messaging globally via campaigns, education events.
Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and differentiation of PubMatics product suite in the market. Plan and drive all go-to-market positioning, packaging, pricing for new and enhanced products.
Oversee brand cost of goods across all categories. Deliver continuous in-depth weighted cost of goods analyses to ensure brand stays on budget. Drive value analysis for existing product line as applicable.
Provide market insights to help launch and influence market trials; includes development of target market personas in addition to delivering in-depth competitive insights and market trends; sales and product support.
