The Director will lead the rapid evolution of the customer experience through the management of internal teams, consultant and field resources. This role will work closely with cross divisional leaders and be accountable for a significant expense and capital budget.
Up-sell/Cross Sell to existing Clients, create and maintain Client Development Plans, develop and deliver recommendations and proposals, assist Clients and Brokers by providing marketing materials within assigned pool of clients.
Coordinate with Marketing team on selection of merchandise for advertising; and with Merchandising team on product line rationalization and product retirement opportunities to drive profitability and optimization.
Work closely with the merchandising organization, our vendors and ops teams to understand their product and process needs and help move the product forward. You partner with engineering to bring them to the table with their customers after top priorities are defined. You help define and scope the opportunities but collaborate on the solutions.
Master the SKU and product class infrastructure that powers all of the sites including management of imagery, SKU data, related items & cross-sell features, globalization tools, and how back-end data translates to the front-end.
Own the development and distribution of products to the fitness audience in the digital space as it relates to all customer touch-points (e-Catalog development, social media, events, email, website, etc) including product specs, marketing descriptions, photos and layouts to drive design, style and brand awareness
Responsible for leading, developing and training the planning and operations teams for Soft Goods and Accessories. At the division/category level, develop sales, gross margin and inventory plans that align with the companys profit objectives and merchandise product opportunities.
Serves as a single point of contact for IT solutions and projects related to all Merchandise Planning & Allocation and Product Development & Sourcing and associated governance systems. Serves as the primary liaison between IT and business partners
