The Director hires, trains and supervises staff, manages 10 Career Center budgets, develops, implements and evaluates programs and services, develops and implements the Career Center strategic plan and establishes and maintains support networks with businesses, service organizations, school districts, students, faculty, staff and professional organizations, insuring the vitality of all career resources, services and programs.
In this role, you will follows a student-centered philosophy, regularly infuses student development theory into daily practices, and encourages and supports students in their pursuit for academic success through quality career advisor, major/career exploration and development.
